Custom-Manufactured Lane Status Displays for a Strategic Infrastructure Project

Every lane monitored, every display certified

Displays showing the status of each lane, open or closed, manufactured to specifications set by the consultant and the project designer. They went through a full test and documentation cycle before handover, then were linked to the central control system so their status is managed from a single point.

Systems delivered

  • Custom Manufacturing. Displays built to project specifications for brightness, durability and demanding operating conditions.
  • Acceptance Testing. Factory (FAT) and site (SAT) testing before handover, documenting each display's conformity to specification.
  • Certificates & Compliance. MTC and conformity certificates accompany each display in a complete handover file.
  • Network & Control. Cat6 backbone with branch control lines, plus servers and workstations running project-specific control software.
  • Central Integration. Fully linked to the central command and control system over primary and backup paths for high reliability.
