A programme running across renewed contracts, in which we raised network performance at main and secondary stations, roughly doubled camera coverage density, replaced ageing equipment and documented every asset and drawing, bringing the network under one operating methodology.

- Cameras & Networks. Installing and replacing cameras and improving transport networks for image quality and stable links.
- Assets & Drawings. A full asset inventory and continuously updated execution drawings, shortening diagnosis and maintenance time.
- Regulatory Integration. Linking systems to regulatory and operating bodies in line with operating requirements and sector conditions.
- Backup Power. Replacing batteries and backup power systems so recording continues through power outages.
- Artificial Intelligence. Upgrading the VMS to support intelligent video analytics, with scheduled preventive maintenance.
